Why is Fracking Exempt
Fracking is exempt from regular environmental regulations about clean water. We have dirty water everywhere, including in New York State and nearby Pennsylvania. This is within 100 miles of Harlem and Bronx, New York City NY. Ever hear of the famous Marcellus Shale formation? That is where they do they fracking near NYC. They are destroying our water for a little bit of oil and gas.
