There are several trade deals with China coming up... The biggest one was that of Pres. Trump in China in November.... approx MOU numbers are $83 billion in West Virginia for a 20 year project to make a hub for natural gas liquids and chemical processing. Also large deals in Texas and Alaska, I think around pipelines, etc.
Already in June, California had Gov Jerry Brown in China... emphasize was on electric car production.... perhaps deals around the high speed rail construction in California.
More to come... Iowa, deals about selling meat products, corn, soy in China.... much more to come. In retrospect, the intensification of credit and deals from China to the USA states and cities has been going on since Pres. Trump was inaugurated and cancelled the Trans-pacific Partnership (TPP). The TPP was a deliberately anti-China trade deal cooked up by the Obama administration and British networks.
