Many greenies and others say that Penn Station needs infrastructure. Whether you want to blame superstorm Sandy on global warming or whatever, it caused a huge amount of damage to tunnels under the Hudson River from New Jersey to Penn station. Yes we have an unpredictable environment, but are you going to overcome these problems or not?
These have to be repaired now to avoid total collapse of service... but since there is no back up tunnels, just making repairs causes another disaster.. meanwhile China is building infrastructure all over Asia, Europe and Africa. Maybe the USA, Trump, and NY, NJ, Connecticut oughta get in on the deal? See Jason Ross in the video below.
