My Home Office is Ridiculous

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Contest Factory for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I thought it would be a good idea to try the Pimp My Cube Contest and see if I could win.  My home office set-up is totally ridiculous.  The technology I use I admit is 10-years out of date, but that isn't the real problem.  You see, I along with millions of others have learned that the Windows XP operating system is good enough to do office work and still watch videos on the Internet.  The thing is that my home office is the pits.  Take a look at my and you will see that my home office is totally absurd.

My desk has no finished and is made for the pre-computer age.  It is not the right height to type, and it is just not right at all.  My chair is a relic too.  I admit that I bought it for $20 at the local used clothing and household items store.  I need a real neat swivel chair and I need some decorations in my office area, pronto.  The thing that I have to do is to try the Pimp My Cube contest.  I'm sure that it would be great if I won, but it would also be good to be inspired and know what I can do on my own to make my office better.  Take a look at the Pimp My Cube (PMC) website and see if you'd like to enter a video.

Israel Could Start the War

Hey Greenies and Environmentalists, don't worry about nuclear waste, worry about the nuclear bombs that could go off soon, as part of the Israel attack on Iran.  According to Israel's Channel 10 news, Home Front Defense Minister Matan Vilnai said on Dec. 21 that the United States understands the true military threat posed by Iran's nuclear program, and is on the same page as Israel regarding the severity of the issue. "The Americans are aware of the true intelligence and they understand that the Iranian threat is not something innocent, but something real," Vilnai said.

From Serbia starting World War I, to Israel being ready to start a nuclear World War III, the British Financial Empire has had a long tradition of using vassal states to start major wars.  Serbia had her heyday as "Yugoslavia" but I think Israel may quickly be burned in missile and nuclear bombs from Russia if this war goes ahead. Here from the geezer

What Vilnai is referring to is the beating of war drums against Iran by some of the Obama administration officials acting under the influence of the President. Vilnai pointed out that the mind-set in Washington was "different two years ago," and that the U.S. position vis-à-vis Tehran's nuclear agenda today mirrors the one held in Jerusalem.

While Vilnai is correct that the mind-set of the Obama administration vis-à-vis Iran is different from that of the previous administration's, he is wrong in saying the U.S. position mirrors the one held in Jerusalem. He is wrong, because the war threat against Iran is issued from London, and Lyndon LaRouche pointed out that Israel is nothing but a vassal state of Britain. Over the centuries, Britain had engaged vassal states to trigger world wars and is planning another one now.

Getting Fun Green Stuff

Being part of the environment makes you green whether you want to be or not.  The key is to satisfy the earth by not using more objects than you really need.  That also means keeping your transportation footprint down to a green environmental minimum.  This does not have to be a burden.  In fact, with the Internet this can be a lot of fun.  You don't have to go out of your house to find out about all sorts of great deals.  Hey Greenies and Environmentalists, you can find out about real estate and investment without going anywhere.  Isn't that great?  For example, if you look at dealfun.com reviews you find out about all sorts of opportunities that you never knew existed before.  The trick is to find out how to get the things that you want easily and cheaply.  Would you be interested in checking out a great auction site?  It can be annoying to do all sorts of work and not get the things that you desire.  Computer gadgets are very desireable, but their price could be out of your reach. Computer stuff can go for a relatively high price.  The point of engaging in auctions is to get things at a lower price.

Let's face it, it is not easy being in the lower 99-percent, or even the lower 60-percent.  Many things that you want on a regular basis are way out of your reach.  That is the time to think of the more spritual side of life.  Life is not merely materialistic, there is so much out there.

Nuclear War and the Environment

Before you go neo-con, what about nuclear war and the environment?

John Bolton, the former UN Ambassador and full-time neo-conservative maniac, has been on a media blitz since the downing of the U.S. drone in Iran, to blame Russia for providing the technology to Iran to "jam" the communications that allowed the Iranians to capture the top secret spy drone.
"I wouldn't be at all surprised if in fact the Russians provided the jamming equipment [to Iran] as the alternative to the S-300," stated Bolton, in an interview on the WABC New York Radio hosted by Aaron Klein. The Iranians have said that they will not return the captured American RQ-170 Sentinel drone to the U.S. Then, when asked about news reports that Iran is letting Russia and China inspect the drone, Bolton said this threatens all of U.S. defenses. "It allows Iranians and therefore the Russian and Chinese access to our stealth technology. It allows them access to our communications and sensors inside the drone."
Inside Israel, the Netanyahu crowd has revived the warnings from a different former Mossad chief, Danny Yatom, who opposes the Ephraim Halevy and Meir Dagan's warnings against bombing Iran. Yatom says that "As difficult a price it [a military strike on Iran] may be, and even if those predicting apocalyptic results are correct—and I dont think they are—this is still not as bad as the threat of an Iranian bomb." Yatom claims that the world has "little time" left to act on Iran.
The same article quoting Yatom also reports that Bibi talked about building "unofficial ties" in the Arab world when he held a press conference in Romania with the Romanian Prime Minister. These ties are widely hinted in the Israeli press to mean "Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states."
At the same time, the line is almost unanimous among Israelis that the U.S. and Obama are "too weak" to use military attacks to stop Iran's nuclear program, reports former CIA Clandestine Services officer Robert Grenier writing today in Al Jazeera. Grenier attended the annual Brookings Institute Saban Center event on Dec. 2, 2011, where Defense Secretary Leon Panetta delivered the new Obama policy line that even nuclear technology sufficient to build a bomb would be a threshold for war. But this was not enough for the Israeli war camp which is pushing more than ever to go it alone.
"First, the Israelis need not rely on the US to initiate hostilities with Iran, if it should come to that. They can do so themselves, confident that the US will then be forced to deal with the consequences, including the Iranian retaliation which Panetta described and all would expect," Grenier writes.
"Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, the Israelis know that they can pursue such a course, in extremis, without serious fear of repercussions, including a cutoff of US support - diplomatic, military, or otherwise."

Environmentalists to Nuclear War

With all the talk about the Durban, South Africa conference for action on Climate Change, what is going on in the real world?  We see a push for a regional or general nuclear war.  The obvious trigger would be an Israeli attack on Iran.  That should fool no one, because such an attack must go through Jordan, Iraq or Saudi Arabia, ie. client states of Great Britain and the United States.  What is really going on is that US Pres. Obama is acting as a British agent. More in a slug from http://larouchepac.com on the tension between the US and Russia.

Today’s meeting of the NATO-Russia Council ended without agreement on ABM systems in Europe, as well as other issues. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, at a briefing after the talks, said: “On a whole range of issues, our NATO partners are not prepared for serious cooperation, on ABM systems in particular.”
Lavrov reported that Russia and NATO were unable to reach agreement on a joint communique or on a working program for 2012. Lavrov’s remarks were transcribed and released by the Foreign Ministry.
The Rosbalt agency reported that Russia’s Ambassador to NATO, Dmitri Rogozin, added that Moscow intends to show NATO that President Dmitri Medvedev meant what he said in his recent warning about Russian counter-measures, if NATO proceeds to emplace anti-missile systems on Russia’s borders. Rogozin noted that NATO continues to offer nothing but verbal promises, without juridical guarantees or means of verification, that the missile systems would not be aimed against Russia’s strategic forces.
Rogozin also said that other areas of cooperation (such as Russian assistance to NATO operations in Afghanistan) were in jeopardy because of the stalemate on the ABM systems. “The NATO people constantly repeat that anti-missile defense is important, but that it’s not the only component of our relations,” Rogozin said. “We, however, link all aspects of cooperation in one package.” If there is cooperation on ABM systems, as Russia has proposed, then “everything else” will also proceed. If not, then “it will all get screwed up,” said Rogozin, using a salty Russian expression that means literally “horseradish with butter.”
