The Strange Story of Jacques D'Azur

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of goviral. All opinions are 100% mine.

Jacques

There is a strange story of Jacques D'Azur, the legendary man of the Cannes festival. The story seems to be that Jacques was on a solitary sailboat or yacht cruise out of the lovely green, environmentalist, global warming prone, island of Tahiti when he suddenly disappeared. His last contact with the world boasted that he had found an uncharted island, that was inhabited by throngs of .... beautiful women. Now the question is, is the man dead, or is still alive somewhere enjoying beautiful women, and maybe even still drinking from a stock of Stella Artois, his favorite alcoholic beverage. Is he having fun or is he dead? How does he satisfy all those women without a supply of Viagra? What's it all about?

This man may still be somewhat unhappy in such an isolated condition, because he will eventually run out of his stock of Stella Artois, unless his friends help him. That is why it is important to rescue Jacques if that is at all possible. Jacques D'Azur is said to be aged 70, but according to the last photos and videos of him that were obtainable, is in remarkably good shape.

Some have called Jacques the movie star's movie star, and without a doubt, if he is finally gone, he will be sorely missed. Stella Artois, Jacques favorite drink, is doing their best to find the poor bon vivant and ladies' man. If Jacques cannot be found, there will have to be a search for the person who is Jacques D'azur's undisclosed heir, since there appear not to be any living relatives. This could open another financial front in this developing scandal. On the other hand, if you happen to be one of the lucky heirs to Jacques D'Azur, then you're in luck. All I can say is, bon apetit.

Science is So Beautiful My Environmentalists

There is something beautiful about just discussing and writing about science, my dear environmentalist. That is probably how a lot of smart people get sucked into Global Warming. They can go online and read all these elaborate theories, with models, on how we are all going to burn up, unless we stop burning hydrocarbons. It is absurd, since, hydrocarbons will even start to run out in a couple of hundred years anyway. That is why we must go to a fusion based economy, and return to the Moon, and go to Mars.

Is Solar Power so Green?

Could a solar power project be less "environmentally friendly" than a native forest? Yes, says a report just released by the Korea Environment Institute. Projects to develop renewable energy sources including solar and wind power are paradoxically damaging the environment despite their intent to cut CO2 emissions, a state-run think tank said yesterday, according to Korea's Dong-A Ilbo.

The Korea Environment Institute study reported, "A solar power plant built in Bonghwa County, North Gyeongsang Province, that will cut carbon dioxide volume [by using solar power rather than coal, for example] will produce a smaller value [of carbon reduction] than the environmental value lost due to environmental degradation stemming from the project. Hence, 15 years of plant operation will cause $34 million in net value losses" as measured by "cap and trade" carbon market values."

Although the language used in the "Evaluation of the Eco-friendliness of Renewable Energy, and Environmentally Friendly Development" reports suffers from both the perils of translating from "Greenspeak," the message is clear: Trees make better use of the Sun than solar energy "farms."

Lyndon LaRouche has made this point numerous times in a far more elegant and powerful way. But now the South Koreans seem to have gotten the idea.

According to the report, the Bonghwa plant, which was built over thick forest measuring 1.43 million square meters (354 acres), and generates 140 megawatts of electricity daily (at the height of summer, when the Sun shines). The effect of the power generated at the plant to replace that produced by fossil fuel, when calculated in the volume of carbon dioxide, is 21,728 tons. The institute then converted the volume into the cumulative gains expected from the trading of carbon emission rights, and compared the figure to the value of damaged forests due to the construction of the plant.

This is not the appropriate measure of quality of power generation. But this is useful in light of what LaRouche warned in his January 30 webcast, that any trend of commitment to so-called "green policies" reflected a commitment of the nations involved to their own doom, and that of the world. Only a commitment to high-technology, as typified by nuclear fission-fusion power, and a rejection of the British-sponsored genocide of green, reflects a nations intent on technological survival.

Studying for Computer Exam

Studying for my computer exam. Dreaming about twisted copper cables, and the ethernet. Hope I can remember all this stuff, though I wonder if it is worth it. Perhaps if we all stay on the internet all the time, we will not ruin the environment, and will all get to be good little greenies. But, I don't that will work. We need to rebuild our real infrastructure too.

Green for St Pat's, Grilles for Trucks

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of RealTruck. All opinions are 100% mine.

In this case, the green may be for St. Patrick's Day. Trucks can be green and environmentally friendly as well, as long as they are useful. You still need a truck to load things and move heavy objects. Only when big trucks become a show-off thing for one person and no load is it a bit unnecessary. Customize great trucks with a billet grille, and get the look that you need. Great brands like Dux, Putco Bully and Harley-Davidson are hear for the asking at best prices.

Trucks can still look great and carry a load. You make it your own design by putting these specialized grilles on the front to get the look. Get the RealTRuck look with parts like tonneau covers, nerf bars, and custom fit running boards. There's a whole lot more at the website, so find out all about it. I especially liked the Putco Blade Billet Grille, and it looks fantastic on the front of a Pontiac truck. Since it starts at $88 bucks, girls and boys, this is not something you can go without.

These are for all the Dodge, Ford and GMC trucks that everyone knows and loves. From vent visors to interior parts, you can get the look and go ride'em cowboy. After all, to a lot of guys and gals, the truck out west is just the modern equivalent of a souped-up horse.

From the under the hood engine performance to your car and truck exhaust system, as well this is the way to have fun and go fast. The environment will survive if we learn to be careful, but for all-sakes of everything, it is OK to enjoy yourself too. Get the accessory brands that you crave, with a big selection of the top pickup truck accessories. It is not all trucks, it is SUVs and cars and all of the good stuff.

Solar- Green Energy?

Is Solar Energy really so green for the environment and against global warming? Not in the case of huge new Florida solar plant that takes up almost a full square miles. It will not replace one fossil fuel plant. Instead the theory is that when the solar panels get energy on sunny days, then the natural gas plant will burn less. Wouldn't you save more energy by never building this one-square mile of mirrors? Or if they wanted the solar energy to replace the natural gas even on sunny days, they would need 3600 megawatts of energy. The solar plant now produces a maximum of 75 megawatts, so you would need 50 more solar plants, plus a factor for cloudy days, and still have natural gas energy for the night time. This is an environmental fraud and a waste. Do you want 1 x 50 x 3(cloudy factor) = 150 square miles of mirrors?
