What if Global Warming action or aid were called Racial Eugenics, as practiced by the British Empire or even the Nazis? Then developing countries of unwanted races could not develop modern technology. They would not be allowed to reproduce in China, India, Africa, or else horrible famines or diseases would be unleashed. Reproduction would have to be held down to the minimum, below replacement rate if possible.
Even in the advanced sector, the lower 80-percent would be prohibited from modern technology, since they showed by their low economic standing that they are inferior. Gas, heating oil and other necessities like water would have prices that increased as much as possible. No government action would be done to get new efficient and abundant energy resources, nuclear power would be prohibited. The low-class and bad race people would be told they could enjoy low density energy resources, that are very expensive, like solar power.
But, isn't that what government are doing, and people suffering now?

Why British want to kill Zimbabwe, and global warming
The media stir over the announcement of the opposition not wanting to run, means that Mugabe is in the cross hairs. There was a UN Security Council resolution, but did not pin the violence on the Mugabe government.
There are reports on the ground of a Third Force factor, that moved in and are killing opposition and other figures, in order to blow everything up. This is like the Selu scouts and Renamu from Mozambique running guerilla operation. At the same time, these countries are being embargoed and starved to death. Then there is Prince Phillip of Englands old operation before global warming, through the environmental game preserves.

NY Times Lionizes Jim Hansen
The NY Times lionizes that cute little climate change, global warming guru, Jim Hansen, but is what the guy is pushing really believable? I don't think so. Nothing is happening with the sea level. Nothing. The Maldive Islands, in the Indian Ocean, go up about 5 feet above sea level, and they are still there and not going anyplace. So some dude telling us that all the bankers in lower Manhattan are going to drown has about zero credibility.
Jim Hansen is a so-called climatologist at NASA. In 1999, in the "hottest summer ever" he told us he was 99-percent sure that humans are "ruining the climate." Guess what dude, the last several years have been considerably cooler, and the ice caps are coming back, so you are toast! Jim Hansen has been called by Fox News, the alarmist in chief, but I think it is alot dirtier than that, this is mental pollution. Here's a Fox News article on Jim Hansen's Junk Science. Hey, as for Fox News, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Food is Good, Free Trade is Not
With the aftermath of the fight at the Rome FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) still ringing there is a growing realization that free trade, as a method of assuring national food supplies is dead. A comment covered in the Sydney Australia Morning Herald said it all, to paraphrase, that free trade as a method of assuring food security is "on the ropes."
That means that the Doha Round of Gatt and the WTO is dead meat. Some countries that have recently expressed an urge to revolt against free trade and the British Empire include the Phillipines, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Gambia in Africa. These countries have spoken out but the revolt has gone much further. And Helga Zepp-Larouche is enjoying the pride in being right. What does that have to do with the green scene? Well the food cartels are starving people and destroying the land for one thing.

How do you feel about Global Warming?
Do you feelfeeeeeeeel that the earth is getting hotter? Or maybe you just have a good sex life. Global warming has had a rough year. It was so cold in Tashkent and Central Asia that they thought they would just freeze to death. In April it snowed in London. I don't know, things appear pretty normal in New York, though, true our snowfalls have been limited.
However, if you really want to blow out your cojones, here is the dope on the electric bicycle, from the Environmental Blog:
But a recent eco-tip from Scooters N' Bikes has this information about the electric bicycle:
Baseline Rate per kilowatt is $.1156. At baseline, CA PG&E prices they can charge fully for only $0.18. That's like paying less than a penny a mile. Compare them to a car getting 20mpg, with gas costing $4.50 in CA, which costs ~$0.22 a mile. Comparing the electric bikes to that they get the equivalent of 440MPG. Max Speed: 18.8 mph
Range: 17.6 Miles w/ light pedaling.
Of course, you also have to manage to ride the damn thing without getting killed. That is not so easy in New York City.

Samuel Bodman, Energy Sec. is full of it
Yes, Samuel Bodman, US Energy Secretary is totally full of it, in his remarks in Japan. He not only wants energy prices higher, he is doing everything in his power to make sure that they go higher. He refuses to blame the London markets that are driving up oil prices with Speculation. Instead he attempts to blame India and China, and then will babble something about the horrors of global warming. What a disgusting slut for the oligarchy!
