Positive Feed Back

They say Positive feedback;
Is the one thing we fear;
But that like nothing else;
If it were a nuke , it would have blown up already, yeah!

In your global warming fraud case;
Telling lies to get a police state;
In your global warming fraud case;
British geopolitics and lies is our fate;
I hate them!!!

(songs of the crash- Midnight Confession is the tune)

With the new Australian PM Kevin Rudd running sort of a crusade for global warming, it's good to remember that this must be a fraud. Get this argument against the "positive feedback" theory of Accelerated Global Warming. It's nice to remember how full of crap these people are.

The next big financial bubble is, if civilization is not rescued from it, the carbon count, carbon trading insanity. Note that Hillary Clinton and just about all the Dems have signed on to this. Also note that Republican objections are weak and mealy mouth at this point. Of course Lyndon LaRouche and his friends have been telling you this since the 1980s. It's not exactly news.

Get the Other Side, this is a debate after all

Try linking to The Environmental Blog. They are fun and pretty clear, though I disagree with most of what they say.

Hillary Clinton's Green Fantasies

First, a view of what you would say if you took Hillary's issues seriously:

Hillary Clinton and the Green Machine

Hilary Clinton has made her commitment to action on Global Warming a key plank of her campaign. A special push on this has been in her campaign in Iowa, where a huge amount of corn is grown, and now is being processed into ethanol for gasohol blends. Some of these planks were laid out in a speech at an out-building of a bio-diesel plant in Newton, Iowa on November 8th. Hillary has a plan to address America's energy and environmental challenges that will create as many as five million new jobs.

She is a leading supporter of the cap and trade system for carbon emissions, which means issuing, selling and trading permits for all power plants and other industrial facilities to burn coal, oil and other hydrocarbons. Some of the things she is proposing don’t sound particularly realistic. I mean can we really reduce carbon dioxide emission by 80-percent without totally collapsing the industrial economy? That seems to be an open question. And of course, if you limit cars to 55-miles per gallon, will they be able to carry at least four passengers, and a couple of suitcases? However, with the development of “green industries” it certainly would be a transformation of our economy in any case.
Other green initiatives on Hillary’s plate are modernizing 20 million low-income homes to be energy efficient, and to phase out incandescent light bulbs in favor of the more energy efficient fluorescent bulbs now on the market.
Perhaps what are most interesting are the financing schemes for these initiatives. She would set up a $50-billion Strategic Energy Fund to pay for many of her ideas, and to co-finance them. Sounds like a bit of a throw back to Franklin Roosevelt’s Reconstruction Finance Corporation, which did work. A lot of these ideas seem futuristic and not necessarily possible, so each one should be looked at closely. The approach of having a real federal effort to solve problems is good, but what if Global Warming is a pure fantasy?

There Must be some kind of Misunderstanding- Phil Collins

link http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://img.lavamus.com/content/biography/598/180px-PhilCollins_RollingStone.jpg&imgrefurl=http://lavamus.com/Biography/598/Phil_Collins/&h=254&w=180&sz=35&hl=en&start=11&um=1&tbnid=_gpFQQAzpiccXM:&tbnh=111&tbnw=79&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dphil%2Bcollins%2Bsome%2Bkind%2Bof%2Bmisunderstanding%26svnum%3D10%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN

There must be some kind of misunderstanding;
There must be some kind of mistake;
They're predicting six feet of water;
That's a fake;

The IPCC mafia just wants an excuse;
To kill and torture billions it seems;
What do you expect from the scientists of the oligarchy;
Filling in some Bertrand Russell, British Dream;;

How can these crazies at the IPCC actually threaten us with the fantasy of six foot waves and be taken seriously. Remember my friends that YOU emit Carbon Dioxide too. Maybe, they want to eliminate you? Did you ever think about that?

Plus, as is well known , CO2 is a kind of gaseous fertilizer, more of which will make plants grow throughout the world. Without CO2, plant life and animal life would not exist on the planet Earth. Some pollutant.

Sherwood Idso and company have shown that from the astro-physical data, even with a doubling of CO2 (which by the way, may never happen), there would only be a maximum theoretical increase in temp of an average of 0.4-degrees Celsius. And water vapor would tend to LOWER it, by making cloud cover. The basic fraud of the IPCC, is they take a little bit of theoretical warming, and then amplify it by a factor or 10 or more, by saying the extra water vapor from the small degree of temperature rise would amplify the temperature rise by that much. Make sense? It does to a computer. They call that garbage in, garbage out.

How you know the IPCC Global Warming Report is BS

pix at http://kelticklankirk.com/KKK_Klansman_in_1860s_Robe_Hood.jpg

If you're gonna kill the people;
Put on your hood and robe;
If you're gonna lynch the people;
Put on your hood and robe;
(spiritual)

How do you know that the IPCC Global Warming report is total BS. It is being portrayed as a call for "immediate action", but climate DOES NOT change immediately. This is total madness. They are claiming that the global average temp will go up 6-degrees Celsius in 20 years!!! It is nutty. From todays NY Times here is some of the more nutty stuff (NY Times 11/17/07 by Elizabeth Rosenthal):

“This time, they take a step back and look at the totality,” Dr. Verolme said. “Saying it is less likely to occur, but if it does we are fried.”

One such area is the future melting of ice sheets in Greenland and western Antarctica. In earlier reports, the panel’s scientists acknowledged that their computer models were poor at such predictions, and did not reflect the rapid melting that scientists have recently observed. If these areas melt entirely, seas would rise 40 feet, scientists said. While scientists are certain that the sheets will melt over millennia, producing sea-level rises, there is now evidence to suggest that it could happen much faster than this, perhaps over centuries.

“In my view that would make it not just difficult, but impossible to adapt successfully, some of my colleagues would say catastrophic,” said Dr. Oppenheimer. “If they say that it’s possible that melting could occur in centuries leading to meters of change, that’s a headline.”

This final report also puts more emphasis on the ripple effect of small degrees of temperature change, some of which are already being seen, such as species extinctions and loss of biodiversity.

“A relatively modest degree of warming — one to three degrees — spells a lot of trouble and I think that was not clear in the previous report,” Dr. Oppenheimer said. He said part of the reason for the lack of clarity was that governments had “messed around” with the language and structure of the report during the approval process.

This time around, the consequences of different degrees of climate change will be better laid out so that the ministers who meet in Bali next month will understand the options and the consequences of inaction. “This should light a fire under policy makers,” Dr. Oppenheimer said.

Enough of that. Back to me:

What is the goal. Strangle industrial development. Make everyone pessimistic. Have a dictatorship. Kill billions of people. Which side are you on?

Greens and Extremes

Lifehouse- the First (and Last) Time

We're all looking for something;
We've been afraid to see;;
A way to save the world that’s broken;
A dark age bursts extremely;;

Looking at war, Iran on my breath
Is it connected to the financial system’s death?
Take a chance to see the connection inside;

I'm feeling the 50 trillion on cash again
As fast as Ben prints from hundreds to fins
Feeling the crash, she said, for the first time
Maybe I'm wrong, Sick shooters fright;
Killing with pessimism, threaten tonight;
Like Michael Milliken destroying last time

The world that I blow up now;
Can be saved by action now;
Waking me up from dreaming
FDR solutions in my eyes;

Looking at you, holding my breath
For once in my life I'm scared to death;

We're crashing
Into the unknown
We're lost in this
Can’t we get back home;

Killing with pessimism, threaten tonight;
Worse than Michael Milliken destruction last time;

The scariest part of the “Global Warming Scare” is that it is used to create a huge amount of pessimism in the population. Many efforts to feed the hungry of poor nations have been subverted and destroyed by “appropriate, green technology.” First nuclear power was trashed, now even burning coal has become a crime. This is against the ideas of Vernadsky, the great Russian bio-chemist, and the idea that man and his technology actually helps develop the no-osphere, the part of the earth affected by man’s mind.

Instead, look at the on-surge of the dark age, which ties together recent events typical of New York's and London's financial center, with both the Jokela High School massacre, and the very ugly death of a young English woman, in Perugia, Italy. All three of these and comparable signs of these, our present times, mark these reported events as sharing the characteristic of the events which a judge in Perugia reported, as driven by an ostensibly uncontrollable yearning for an "extreme" quality of existentialist experience, by at least some among the surviving participants. These are experiences which, when combined, might be described as a kind of dionysian event expressing some particularly worrying characteristics of our presently onrushing, global "new dark age."

Such horrible personal extremism is promoted by MySpace and through other social networks. Yet, Hank Paulson, printing endless dollars to keep a bankrupt system going, isn’t this also extreme?

Green Policy or Green Money?

Radiohead- 15 Steps

How come the system keeps on crashing?
How come the lies of Warming just don’t kick in?
Won't take my eyes off the IPCC again
Pumping out those billions to green us up;;

How come I end up where I started?
How come I end up where I went wrong?
It won't work to bail it out again
Weimar Germany bail out then you cut the string

You used to be alright
What happened?
Did Greenspan get your tongue?
Did your bailout come undone?

One by one
One by one
It crashes for us all
It's hard as a rock to fall;

You used to be alright
What happened
Et cetera, et cetera
Facts for whatever
Some simple steps
To stop the sheer drop

How come I end up where I started?
How can I end up where I went wrong?
I’ll go back to the policies of FDR again;
Home and Bank Protection Act, pull the string;

With the most recent big credit write downs and losses among the big banks coming from HSBC and Barclays, and Citigroup now having to pay 2% above the Treasury interest rate in order to borrow, the Federal Reserve made another huge injection of short-term money into the banking system yesterday.

"This a 'free-fall' level of money printing," economist Lyndon LaRouche commented of the Fed's actions. "This is an echo, though under different circumstances of the desperate money-printing efforts of the Reichsbank in Weimar Germany, during the hyperinflationary blowout year of 1923."

According to Reuters, the Fed's $47.25 billion bailout injection today was the biggest since Sept. 19, 2001, after the terror attacks, when markets were nearly in free-fall and short-term lending rates were shooting upwards. Big banks continued to report big losses. The City of London giant Barclays Bank took a write down of $2.7 billion in mortgage-based assets for the third quarter.

Meanwhile, the Flint, Michigan city council was happen to hear about the Homeowner and Bank Protection Act (HBPA) from the Larouche Youth Movement. Flint is known as the scene of the Michael Moore movie, “Roger and Me”, as a former auto and other manufacturing hub, now hit hard by the real estate collapse and other forms of economic devestation. Already, the HPBA has been passed in 6 cities.

Meanwhile, part of the Green, Global Warming machine is going broke. The price of ethanol for gasohol has collapsed because there are no more railroad cars to ship it.

CO2 Science Org is Very Good People- for the Environment

Because of you, I was freed from Global Warming terror;
Because of you, I had a chance to have optimism;;
Because of you, I have learned to trust not only me, but all of humanity;
Because of you, I have some hope.
(rewrite of Because of You, sung by Kelly Clarkson.

I was so happy to see there was an adsense ad automatically from www.co2science.org.
I want to emphasize that these are really good people, namely Sherwood Idso and his two sons. Seriously folks, I bought Sherwood Idso's book in 1989, Carbon Dioxide and Global Change: Earth in Transition, shortly after it was published, and since then I have not feared man-made global warming.
Mr. Idso and sons (sounds like a contractor company) makes the point that: 1. maximum global warming is about 0.4 degrees Celsius over a 300-year period, in terms of the predicted rise in CO2 (which may be exaggerated anyway) and the position of the Earth in the solar system. Further, Mr. Idso makes the point that the IPCC can be shown THROUGH EMPIRICAL EXPERIMENTS, TO BE A FRAUD. What he found out in a hot, dry sunny town in Arizona (the town Tempe near Phoenix)is that water vapor added does not augment the global warming, it diminishes it. He did this in a number of fascinating experiments, including using hot houses and all that great stuff. It turns out that the clouds created (reflecting energy) diminish the warming more than the added absorbing of energy.

Therefore the whole Mr. Schneider, etc, theory of water vapor multiplying of Carbon Dioxide warming is total Bull Crap. And watch out for those methane farts, that is even worse, at least for the smell!!!

The other point, made in beautiful and full detail, is that the added CO2, back to those closed atmosphere hothouses, really does make the plants grow SIGNIFICANTLY MORE. So don't you feel better, than listening to the crap of Al Gore?

Overpopulation Means You, Say Greenies, Beatles

We are targets of crazy little Greens;
Who think we overbreed;
In a Malthusian scheme:

We are humans or are we just beast it seems;
Without creativity, in a greenie Submarine

What Gore's Movie is really about, is Overpopulation. I think that means he wants to kill you. Is that what they mean by a peaceful green planet, and the dangers of global warming?

He says it openly in his "Global Warming" movie. There's one shocking scene where Gore speaks about the ultimate cause of the all the problems on Earth being that of an increasing human population . Instead of the free trade policies of so called, "globalization", causing an increase in poverty, disease, all problems are caused by man's nature as a destructive force on the "environment." This is the danger of depending upon a bunch of anti-technology Luddites to help people and solve problems. They tend to push exotic technologies that are not energy dense enough and can never work, like solar power.

The creative capacity of man to discover scientific principles that allow us to increase our population level, and it's density, over virtually any land area, is not only deemed unnatural by Gore, but is for him, the cause of all the world's problems! For any rational being, increasing population growth and increasing living standards for the people of the world is seen as a great sign of progress, a reflection of the benefits of scientific discovery. For Gore, however, human progress is a great infringement upon "mother nature".

In Gores' mind, the ultimate problem are not today's effects of a collapsing economic system and a lack of scientific initiative to promote human progress, instead, the problem is mankind's ability to naturally change the "natural" environment in which he lives, thus increasing his population, through mastering scientific principles and applying them through higher technologies, like nuclear power. What does 2 billion people living on planet Earth, without electricity today mean to such a Malthusian, they are just beasts to him? How can solar power work? It is based on there being energy intensive industries already, that produce the power to produce solar arrays, that capture energy at a very low rate for electricity. It is OK for hot water in desert and semi-desert areas, but that is all.

Then there is the famous case of the "Blood and Gore" collaboration. In 2004, Al Gore and former CEO of Goldman Sachs, David Blood, launched the London-based investment fund, Generation Investment Management (GIM), of which Gore holds the Chairmanship. The fund is now moving to broker and speculate on "carbon swaps", capitalizing on Al Gore's international environmental fraud.

Carbon swaps is slated to be the next big financial bubble, with the collapse of the mortgage backed securities and other joys such as the "subprime market."

We didn't include Candidate Kucinich in our original Presidential Profiles post. A reader pointed out his commitment to sustainable development and sure enough, he is unique among all declared candidates in that regard. Our commenter also outlined some other positions that differentiate Kucinich from all other presidential candidates.

Kucinich has the sanest plan for energy -- he's the only one that mentions Peak Oil by name, and has a plan for a green Manhattan Project to get America onto a post-oil transition; he's against nuclear and opposes the privatization of water. ( I think we need nuclear power. Water privatization is a giant ripoff).

That seemed a fair characterization after we read the Kucinich website statement about A Sustainable Future. What Dennis lacks in his published platform statement is an articulated position on coal as an energy source and a target for societal energy efficiency gains. As to the broader topic of environment - going beyond climate or energy - candidate Kucinich unfortunately has not, at the time of this posting, responded to the League of Women Voters 2008 Presidential Candidates Survey, as have several of the other major candidates. ( Hey, he's from the midwest, he needs that coal cash).

But, we have to credit him for being the first, and as yet only, candidate to lay out what a sustainable future means to him. (Like, hopefully, nuclear power, hydrogen fuels and fusion power soon).

Greenies in the South Bronx, Gardening

All these local control green projects, are they real, or just social control?

This autumn a large number of gardening and environmental projects are underway in the South Bronx. Late in October I stopped by the El Girasol Community garden on E. 138th St, by Cypress Avenue. This is a project of the local community and Bronx Green-up, from the Bronx Botanical Garden. Most of the garden is already yielding various vegetables and herbs, but part of the garden is being developed now. Mr. Al Miller and his colleague Ulric have begun bringing in stones to get this area to become level ground. They are building a landscaped garden to be known as “Green Hand Land”. It will be in the shape of the palm of a hand toward the front of the garden, with fingers extending back. The area for the garden is about 5,000 square feet. Mr. Miller hopes to set this up as a children’s garden, growing herbs that the children can examine and sample like mint and using it for ecological study for the local schools. Already wild plants grow there, like Chinese tomatoes. The area in front of the El Girasol Garden is used each Wednesday for a Farmer’s Market from 10 am to 4 pm, which will continue through November. Some of the produce sold is grown locally here at El Girasol Garden and nearby at Brook Park at 141st Street and Brook Avenue while other produce is from farms in the tri-state region.

People can volunteer to get involved in the gardening at Brook Park by contacting the Friends of Brook Park. They have a bulletin board on the corner of 141st and Brook, and can be reached at (646) 206-5288, or see Gardening and Greening the South Bronx

At Brook Park recently they had a 'Street Project' to revitalize Brook Park, a small and lovely park. They planted and prepared bulbs, mulching, wood chipping and weeding. Friends of Brook Park is a leading environmental organization based in the South Bronx since 1999. They are also into the third year of a Community Supported Agriculture project that raises fresh organic food in the South Bronx. Their Environmental Education programs have provided hands-on access for hundreds of students from local schools such as PS 179, MS 220 and 222 and PS 30 and there is also a Green Team mentoring program with the Community School for Social Justice.

This year environmentalists have been advocating for one million trees in the city Parks budget to revitalize parks and streets. This is a project for all of New York City. Mayor Michael Bloomberg and actress and activist Bette Midler planted a tree in the Bronx on Tuesday Oct. 10th, as the first of one million trees to be placed throughout the five boroughs in the next decade. They planted a Carolina Silverbell tree in the Morrisania section. Million Trees NYC is one of 127 PlaNYC initiatives to make New York City more sustainable by 2030.

The Who, and Climate Change, Can you See me?

What so bad about CO2;;
I hear more make the plants grow more;;
That why we must stop, we must stop it, we must stop it;;

I'm the wicked Dr. Hansen;;
You may not get to see or hear me;;
As I fiddle about;;

I told you the ocean's rising;;
But that's a Hollywood nightmare;;
That my computer invented;;

(Fiddling About, the Who, Tommy, pix at http://www.theatermania.com/news/images/8477a.jpg)showing how global warming is total BS. Dr. James Hansen (the slut) has been making his career pushing this crap, and he did again to Congress. Obviously, his lies and BS are just accelerating, as his grasp on any semblance of reality rapidly lessens. In his current "testifying" at Congress for the Church of Global Warming, he claims, that if the seas rised (1 mm) then man would never be able to adapt. I guess he is concerned about the 3 inches of real estate he owns on the beach in Miami, Florida, say in South Beach. What an idiot!!!

Sherwood and Craig Idso also points out at James Hansen (the slut) also said that as long as human beings exist, there can never be an Ice Age again, because we would just spray some CFCs under our arm, and that would solve the (ice age) problem. Yeah, right!

I've always liked Sherwood Idso's book, Carbon Dioxide and Global Change, Earth in Transition, and now I like it, and him even more. That is my belief.
